Excellent written English communication is essential due to frequent interaction with native English-speaking candidates and stakeholders.

A self-motivated approach and readiness to participate in various HR activities and recruitment tasks.

Understanding of fundamental mathematics along with an interest in learning data-based workforce planning and forecasting techniques.

Strong interest in leveraging analytics and data insights to improve HR processes.

Flexibility to accommodate evening or night working hours when coordinating with international recruitment requirements.
