Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Not Mandatory).
Fresher can also apply with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
