Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales
Identify and acquire new business clients (corporates, startups, SMEs)
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and platforms like LinkedIn
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for business clients
Build long-term relationships and manage key accounts
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
D2C Sales
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Improve customer experience and retention
Upsell and cross-sell services
Core Responsibilities (Common)
Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
Track sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Prepare sales reports and performance insights
Required Skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to handle both individual customers and business clients
Sales mindset with target-driven approach
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Basic understanding of digital sales channels
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in IT services / SaaS / digital marketing / service-based industry
Prior experience in both B2B and D2C environments is a strong advantage
