Role: Sales Intern
Location: WFH/PAN India
Mode: Part Time/Full Time
Duration: 90 days/180 days
Stipend: 5000 INR to 15,000 INR (Based on Sales)
Offered PPO: 2LPA to 5LPA* (Based on the performance during Internship)

As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Skills-Based Training Course Lead Generation:
– Identify potential leads for our skills-based training courses through various channels (online research, social media, industry forums, etc.).
– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further engagement.

2.Course Conversion:
– Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and showcase the value proposition of our training courses.
– Guide prospects through the enrollment process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

3.Organizing Paid Workshops:
– Assist in planning and coordinating paid workshops, including logistics, marketing, and participant registration.
– Ensure a seamless experience for all participants and address any on-site issues.

4.B2B Relations:
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our training solutions.

5.Branding and Marketing:
– Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our training programs.
– Actively participate in branding initiatives and represent the company in a professional manner.

6.Target Achievement:
– Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to ensure consistent performance.
– Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

– Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor, Master’s program.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of lead generation, conversion techniques, and B2B relations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
– Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
