Job Role : Tele-calling Agent
Qualification : 10th/12th Pass

Location : Bardhaman, Asalsol
Job Responsibilities:
Make and handle call,
Collecting feedback and maintaining data
Perform data entry whenever require
Make follow-up calls to ensure closures.
Required Skills:
Basic computer operating knowledge.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Normal typing speed and accuracy.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to work with discipline and meet deadlines.
Language ; Speak and understand Bengali(mandatory) and English
Work Experience : Freshers or candidates with experience may apply.
