Role back office operation work in closing the complains via operation tool and execution .
Salary bracket based on experience : 14k p/m to 16.5k p/m
Training days : 3 weeks ( excluding week off )
Training candidate stipend : 381/DAY
Hiring Criteria for Business Associates –
Ø Qualifications: Graduation in any field /3year diploma after 12th.
Ø Fresher / Experienced candidate in call center/banking/Telecom
Ø Good written communication skills in English
Ø Language -Hindi & English Proficient (Verbal)
Ø Typing Speed -25 -30 words per min
Ø Typing accuracy –85%
Male * 24/4 , Rotational Shift , rotational week off, Females ( 9 hrs Rotational shift between 8am and 8pm )
