Overview

FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
1. Candidate will have to travel in and around 10-15 km radius
2. Will have to visit 4-5 customer places daily
3. Will have to do inspection and consult the customer about the service

Skill Set
➔ Good communication skills.
➔ Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and
assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback.
➔ Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them for the
collection of keys and property pictures. Enhance the firm’s brand reputation
in your interactions.
➔ Taking care of meetings scheduled by the RM and showing prospective tenants the
property.
➔ Maintaining good relationships with existing clients by providing required
services to them in a timely manner.
