Sales cum Operations Representative – Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales cum Operations Executive. This role involves a combination of pre-sales responsibilities, including client engagement and solution presentation, along with operational tasks to ensure seamless coordination between sales and delivery functions.


Interact with potential clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
Conduct needs assessments and effectively communicate the value proposition of products & services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products & services to clients.
Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and showcase the unique selling points of the offerings.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products & services and stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Provide expertise and guidance to clients on how the company’s solutions can meet their specific requirements.
Assist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and other documentation to respond to client inquiries.
Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that align with client budgets and expectations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Provide input on the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
Work closely with the technical team to address client inquiries related to product functionality, implementation, and technical specifications.
Provide technical support during the sales process to ensure client confidence in the proposed solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
Act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as a solution provider rather than just a product vendor.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products/services and maintain high-quality standards.
Implement and maintain systems for order processing, inventory management, and logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a pre-sales role.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with client
