Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Engagement
• Make daily outbound and inbound calls to parents and students
• Qualify leads based on grade, syllabus, academic gaps, and exam goals
Academic Counselling
• Understand student performance, learning challenges, and aspirations
• Clearly explain the value of 1-to-1 live tutoring to parents
• Recommend the right NNIIT program (Curriculum / JEE / NEET / Foundation)
Demo Booking & Follow-ups
• Fix demo classes and conduct sessions
• Follow up post-demo and drive closure
• Ensure parent availability during
Sales Closure
• Present pricing plans (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual / Multi-Year)
• Handle objections related to fees, online learning, and comparisons
• Close enrolments within defined timelines
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
• Share daily activity reports and weekly performance updates
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Calls connected per day
• Demos booked daily
• Demo-to-enrolment conversion %
• Monthly revenue
• CRM accuracy & follow-up discipline
Required Skills & Profile
• Strong verbal communication (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
• Confidence in speaking with parents and students
• Target-driven mindset with high ownership
• Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
• Basic CRM / Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred Background
• Experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
• Exposure to K12 / IIT-JEE / NEET / Boards coaching preferred
• Graduates / Post-Graduates (Education background is a plus)
