Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products or services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Answer questions about products or services and provide additional information as needed.
Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any questions, and resolve any issues.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to discuss product specifications and uses with customers.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
Handle customer complaints or objections effectively and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Proven experience as a Telecaller.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Bilingual proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
