Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Inbound Telecalling Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Inbound Telecalling Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products or services, take orders, and process returns as necessary.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate information to customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or situations.
Strive to achieve set targets and objectives while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:

Proven work experience in a customer service or inbound call center role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Ability to work in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
