Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Identify and acquire new clients across construction, interior design, and contracting sectors
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Perform independent research to understand each client’s business, challenges, and potential solutions
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client requirements
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals
Monitor client feedback and proactively resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records and provide detailed performance reports to management
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in construction materials or B2B sectors
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
