Overview

·         Demo/present  ERP/CRM solutions to clients

·         ERP/CRM Implementation support of all modules. Provide IT solutions to the business problems

·         Setting up the ERP / CRM system for client to start using the software as per client requirements

·         Training the client employees on ERP/CRM Software according to requirement

·         Understand client requirements

·         Co-ordinate with developers to get the development

·         Migrate or transfer data from existing system to new ERP/CRM system.

·         Achieve the mile stones of implementations as set by the company

·         Provide client best practices of the industry

·         Provide Post implementation support.

·         Prepare user guides required for the products

·         Communicate with developers for client requirement to enhance the ERP/CRM product

·         Resolve client issues & escalations

 

Skills:

 

·         A good knowledge of software and programming languages (Optional) .

·         The ability to learn quickly.

·         A creative approach to problem-solving.

·         the ability to interpret and follow technical plans.

·         Excellent communication skills.
