1. Prepare Rental Proposals, Contracts Negotiation
2. Payment follow ups with the client
3. Tender Bidding Experience is must
4. Maintain Strong relationship with the client to ensure customer satisfaction & Retention
5. MIS
6. Cold Calling and internal communication
