Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Minimum 10k-15k + Incentives
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Present, promote, and explain products/services over the phone.
Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with prospects.
Maintain call logs, update customer database, and record feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Work with the sales/support team to close deals.
🔹 Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Pleasant and confident phone voice.
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection positively and keep calling.
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome if willing to learn.
