Overview

Responsibilities for CCTV technician

·            Assist with the configuration, support of network assets, including servicing Installing and repairing CCTV/Access Control components, cameras, access control system, and various other security components
·        Must have previous experience in troubleshooting /service/ installing security cameras in a retail environment, Strong technical domain experience required.

·        Basic knowledge of networks and networks switching preferred
·        Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction and flexible to work in heights.
·        Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and guests, Good communication and interpersonal skills required

·            Travel will be required from time to time

·        Teach customers how to use their equipment properly
·        Handling cabling issues (strong knowledge in cabling), Testing and terminating coaxial, fibre, network cable as need for analog and IP based CCTV
