Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Manage and mentor the sales team; set clear targets and KPIs.
Generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and campaigns.
Conduct regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and used effectively for tracking and follow-ups.
Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5–8 years) in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and market analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [insert industry: e.g., FMCG, real estate, software, manufacturing, etc.].
Familiarity with sales automation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
