Overview

Key Responsibilities:
·         Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.

·         Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

·         Conduct interviews, background verification, and onboarding formalities.

·         Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory Act, etc.).

·         Maintain records and liaise with labor inspectors and government authorities.

·         Oversee biometric attendance and timekeeping systems.

·         Coordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll processing.

·         Handle wage calculations for workers as per factory shift patterns and OT.

·         Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

·         Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

·         Address worker grievances and ensure healthy industrial relations.

·         Implement employee engagement programs and welfare schemes.

·         Facilitate safety awareness and hygiene programs on the shop floor.

·         Assist in the appraisal process and performance improvement plans.

·         Monitor employee productivity and morale.

·         Maintain employee files and HRIS data.

·         Generate reports on attendance, turnover, productivity, etc.

·         Knowledge of factory laws, labor compliance, and HR best practices.

·         Experience handling shop-floor labor and union matters.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Hands-on experience with HRMS or ERP systems.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
