 Proven customer support experience.

 Proactively respond by notifying customers of problems.
 Willing to learn about company products and the industry.
 Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi)
 Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
 Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
 Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
 Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
 Communicating with customers through various channels.
 Minimum 1-3 year experience. (Preferable – Faucet & Building material industry)
