Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, possess excellent analytical skills, and be able to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.



● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and display advertising.

● Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement using web analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

● Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.

● Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including the development of compelling content, segmenting target audience lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

● Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility and organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.

● Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and feedback across various platforms.

● Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, Google Ads, facebook ads.

● Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.



● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience (up to 2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising.

● Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

● Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.

● Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
