Job Description:
As the Sales Head at Cloud Art Brand Solutions, you will lead our sales team in delivering exceptional branding, design, development, e-commerce, and digital marketing solutions to clients. Your role involves:
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
* Developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
* Identifying and seizing new business opportunities across our service portfolio.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* Knowledge of the current market and industry trends is desirable.
