Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, clients, or vendors for documentation, verification, or service-related tasks.
Provide customer support or assistance in-person when required.
Submit timely reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth field operations.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-first approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
