The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Handling end to end recruitment cycle, taking telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, collecting documents, scheduling the training of the candidates
Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.
Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead.
Analyze the requirement and understand what type of candidate is required , Prepare Job Description and post on various Job portals
Searching for qualified candidates on Naukri, Linkedin, Hirect, Jobhai , Monster , Indeed and job portals and also various Groups, free and Paid sites, by applying appropriate search strings.
Find various sources for finding Appropriate Candidates
Screening resumes on basis of requirement and Conducting Telephonic round, Technical round
Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.
Interview assesses and evaluates applicants to determine their qualification and appropriate match
Answering employee questions regarding, policies and procedures, open positions, and benefits.
After finding consultant suitable for the position, take Basic Technical interview answers to a set of standard of questions and also years of experience..
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
