·         Ability to convert website PSD into Responsive (HTML 5)

·         Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

·         Demonstrable graphic Web Designer skills with a strong portfolio

·         working with different content management systems

·         Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

·         Good proficient in all design aspects

·         Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
