Business Development Executive

Overview

• Primary interface between VSECOMMERCE and Sellers.
• Generate qualified prospects through Cold calling, Email Campaigns and Social Media
• Should onboard new sellers, provide seller support and ensure successful onboarding through voice, video, mail, or chat
• Solve any seller issues related to payment and order management or any queries.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution for onboarding and after
• End to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to sellers
• Build and maintain client database, prospecting for qualified opportunities
• Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned
• Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members.
• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.

Required Candidate profile

• Ability to use a desktop/Laptop/Mobile and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tamil. Hindi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Some knowledge in Social media marketing will be added advantage
• Freshers/Interns who have the ability with above Roles/Candidate profile can apply as well.
• Immediate joinee.

Note:

• Weekly Off: One day on rotational basis (not necessarily Sunday).
• During the first three months, no unplanned leaves are allowed.
