Building database of clients & relevant contacts (CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads, etc.) from these clients, through various sources like client websites, internet, LinkedIn, etc.
Identify, qualify and generate leads in defined territory
Research, source, make initial contact (e- mail marketing, social media marketing, cold calling), and accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs
Meeting and exceeding monthly lead targets.
Respond to RFI requests and timely follow up with contacts
Collated call status/MIS to be sent to the team every evening capturing clients called & new companies added to the database, calling sheet to sales associates to be shared daily in the prescribed format
