Overview
Key Responsibilities:
• Do basic market research in your area to find where smart home/electrical
automation can be useful (like in new buildings, renovation sites, shops, offices,
hotel, restaurants, hospitals etc.).
• Approach identified potential customers like builders, home owners, interior
designers, and explain how automation solutions can help them.
• Educate people about our smart products (like touch switches, smart switches,
lighting, sensors, devices etc) in a simple and confident way.
• Give basic live demos and explain product benefits clearly—such as safety,
energy savings, and comfort.
• Share product brochures, videos, and presentations to generate interest.
• Collect details of customers (leads) and make a database.
• Mark interested customers and start follow-ups and help convert leads into
actual customers.
• Share daily updates, customer feedback, and field learnings with your team
leader.
🧑💼Candidate Profile:
• Education: BBA/MBA/B.Tech having interest in sales and marketing.
• 1-2 Years experience in the field of electrical/electronic product sales.
• Good communication and basic presentation skills.
• Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
• Should be comfortable doing field work in local areas.
• Basic understanding or interest in smart home/electrical products is a plus.
• Knowledge of Hindi and basic English
