Solidworks Proficient Design Engineer Trainee

Overview

We are Designers & Manufacturers of Special Purpose Machines having our Office & Works in Chikhali, Pune – Maharashtra.

To aid our growth, we are looking for Four Mechanical Design Engineer Trainees – Freshers with Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering of 2020 or 2021 or 2022 batch with up to maximum one years’ experience in Solidworks – to be trained on the following activities. Formal training on Solidworks in a reputed institute will be an advantage – but self trained candidates proficient in Solidworks & doing regular practice will also be considered.

The Candidates MUST have, apart from high proficiency in Solidworks – good theoretical knowledge in Mechanical Design & good grasping power & retention capability.

The Training during 12 months will comprise of

Study of the design input details and prepare the concept.
Preparation of Bill of Materials, Costing sheet.
Making the detailed 3D model on Solidworks
Prepare the Manufacturing drawings in 2D with complete processing details
Test the machine, assembled by the Production team, verify the performance and validate the parameters.
Undertake the inspection by customers / third party, take down the improvement points, carryout the improvements
During the 12 months training period, the candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 14,000 per month based on their proficiency.

Candidates who have successfully completed the training will be absorbed in the company as Senior Design Engineers at salaries ranging from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month based on their proficiency.
