Overview

Eligibility:

Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary having 1-2 years of work experience (apart from internship) and should be familiar with matters pertaining to Companies Act, Secretarial function, compliances required under RBI Act, ROC and FEMA.
LLB degree would be preferable.
Demonstrate commitment to carrying out tasks on time and under deadline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, drive and commitment to quality system.

Job description:

Providing secretarial assistance including dealing with Board matters, filing of various returns and providing advice to the management.
Drafting of legal notices, reports, agendas, minutes, agreements and other corporate legal documents.
Compliance with secretarial and corporate laws.
Advising clients on compliance of legal and procedural aspects under applicable laws.
Communication with stakeholders like shareholders, regulatory authorities etc.
Maintenance of appropriate statutory records of the clients.
Any other matters relating to the clients secretarial assignments including all incidental works such as legal matters, audits, compliances and other reporting.
Follow ups and ensuring completion of assigned tasks.
Assisting in preparation of legal documents for clients.
