Admin – J Spot Comedy Club
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin to manage the day to day operations of J Spot and ensure smooth functioning of shows, artists, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with comedians, volunteers, and managers for daily lineups
• Manage WhatsApp groups, broadcast lists, and internal communication
• Maintain attendance, artist reports, and basic data on sheets
• Oversee ticketing entries, guest lists, and walk in records
• Ensure venue readiness before shows (mics, lights, tablets, seating coordination)
• Collect and organize customer data for marketing use
• Follow up on pending tasks and report directly to the operations head
• Assist in payments tracking and basic invoice coordination
Requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram
• Ability to multitask during live show hours
• Punctual, responsible, and detail oriented
• Prior experience in events, comedy clubs, or hospitality is a plus
Work Timings
Primarily evening hours, with higher involvement on show days (Tuesday to Sunday).
