Job Description

Identifying clients, presenting the concept, explaining its values and benefits and executing orders, adhering to target limits.
One should be able to convince an existing client.
Generating leads through telecalls, emails.
generating new business leads, and support sales.
Maintaining lead database of the clients and prospects.
Handling Walk-in Customers and ensuring proper coordination between the company and its clients.
Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports on daily Basis.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
The candidate should be able to understand the client’s complaints and work on resolving them Quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Ms Office
Good Voice Over
Must have good Communication and Presentation
Good selling and negotiations skills
Freshers and Experience both can apply for this job
Language: English + [ Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam ] preferable
Any PUC / Any Graduate can apply
Shift timings :

1) Male – 6 am to 1 am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

2) Female – 6 am to 8 pm ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

Mandate Documents to carry : Copy of Updated Resume + 10th / 12th / Aadhar / PAN

2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview
