Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customer needs, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Maintain records of all the conversations at our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Languages -Hindi, English & Telugu (Preference will be given to candidates who know additional languages apart from Hindi and English)
