Tata Capital’s telesales roles (Customer Sales Executive/Outbound Telesales) focus on driving loan disbursements, cross-selling, and managing customer inquiries. Key Job Responsibilities
Outbound Sales: Call potential customers for personal loans, loans against property, or housing loans, and convince them to buy.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.
Cross-Selling: Promote additional products and services to existing Tata Capital customers.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify customer documents, and ensure compliance with RBI regulations and company SOPs.
Customer Service: Handle queries professionally and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience, ideally in the Banking or Non-Banking (NBFC) sector.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are often preferred).
