About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Factory Manager to lead our jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing end-to-end production, team leadership, and quality control, with a strong understanding of both traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations across all departments
Ensure timely, high-quality production of gold, bridal, and custom jewellery
Lead a team of artisans, technicians, and supervisors
Monitor quality standards, workflow efficiency, and safety protocols
Integrate CAD, 3D printing, and lost wax casting into production processes
Coordinate with design and sales teams to meet order requirements
Optimise resource planning and material usage
Candidate Profile:
3–8 years in jewellery manufacturing management
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workflow optimisation
Hands-on leadership with attention to detail
Tech-savvy: CAD, casting, and production software
Ethical, organised, and result-driven
