Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 desktop support to end users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows 10/11), MS Office, Outlook, and other standard applications.
Handle hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS replacement.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Install and configure antivirus and endpoint security tools.
Manage ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Freshservice / Sapphire / etc.).
Support remote users through remote desktop tools.
Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket closure.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
