Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead with 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, preferably in the elevator, construction, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, leading a motivated team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and dealers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong dealer and client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline business growth.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent field.
3–4 years of proven experience in sales (elevator, construction, or related field preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
