Overview
Ensure the interested candidates are contacted and to ensure they report at the nearest hub location for the interview.
Responsible for coordinating and conversion of interested leads. Reporting at the Hub at 5 AM and coordinating with all the interested leads who are supposed to visit the hub for onboarding procedure.
Interact with the interested reported candidates, and explain the Delivery partner responsibilities, the onboarding process, the earning potential and practically everything a DE should know. Liaison with the Hub TL if required and facilitate a very good experience with the interview process.
Handhold the new Joinees till 3rd Delivery day and be a buddy for him and resolve all issues in coordination with the hub TL.
Liaison with Hub TL and understand the reason for any attrition happening.
Ensure smooth handover to the city hub team post completion of 3rd Delivery Day
