About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate workflows, replicate human decision-making, and improve user and customer interactions. This role is well-suited for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and applied machine learning. As an AI Agent Developer at Strikin, you’ll play a key role in building smart, task-driven agents that support critical teams across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal. These agents will help streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and supercharge how our teams think, act, and make decisions. Your work won’t just support the business—it will redefine how our teams operate from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks (e.g., research, decision-making, content generation).
Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and tools (APIs, vector DBs, plug-ins) to extend agent functionality.
Implement memory, task prioritization, and long-context management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand real-world use cases and translate them into smart agent workflows.
Monitor and optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.
Keep up with the latest research in agentic AI, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and multi-agent systems.
Document system architecture, APIs, and technical workflows.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Python and working with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs.
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Experience designing multi-step agents, tool-using agents, or RAG pipelines.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and zero/few-shot learning.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Autonomous Agents frameworks like AutoGPT or AgentGPT
Exposure to knowledge graphs, graph-based reasoning, or multi-agent coordination.
Background in reinforcement learning or AI safety.
UI/UX sense to help visualize agent actions and outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
