Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building long-term relationships to expand the company’s market presence. You will work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, presenting property solutions, and maintaining a robust understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Sales, client management, and business development expertise
Knowledge in market analysis and lead generation processes
Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to use data analytics to drive initiatives
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Prior experience in real estate or property technology is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
