Overview

·         Greet clients when they arrive and answer their questions

·         Answer incoming phone calls in a polite manner

·         Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

·         Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and record of calls received

·         Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

·         Maintain all the required register at reception area

·         Collect student documents and scanned properly

·         Add, edit and update student profile on CRM

·         Coordinate with student for their missing requirements

·         Inform and instruct IELTS students for the vehicle parking policy as per the guidelines given by building premises

·         Give full inquiry to walk-ins of IELTS student

·         Keep attendance record of IELTS student on daily basis

·         Keep records of weekly test result of IELTS students and post on notice board on every Tuesday

·         Help students book their dates for various examination (e.g., IELTS, Duolingo etc.)

·         Receive various fee payment from students (E.g., IELTS coaching fee, Consulting fee, Application fee, Exam fee etc.) and same to be handover to accounts department with supportive documents
