Role Overview
As a Tele Caller (Program Guide), you will interact with prospective students, explain
our programs, generate Positive leads, and support them throughout the admission
process.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to students & parents to generate interest in QT programs.
• Explain course details, curriculum, training benefits, and placement support.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate data and update all interactions in the CRM.
• Handle queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead and share daily reports.
• Stay updated on all QT courses and training offerings.
Key Skills
• Strong communication in Telugu, English & Hindi.
• Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and call documentation.
• Target-driven, confident, and student-friendly.
Qualifications
• Any graduate (preferred).
• Experience in tele calling, customer service, or EdTech is an added advantage.
Professional Requirement
• Strictly Business Formal or Complete Formal Attire is mandatory during working
hours.
