Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development
Design, develop, and deploy responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites.
Build new modules, pages, and functionalities based on company requirements.
Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web pages.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
2. Website Maintenance & Handling
Regularly update website content, banners, products, blogs, and backend settings.
Monitor website performance, uptime, analytics, and technical health.
Troubleshoot errors, bugs, broken links, server issues, and compatibility problems.
Manage website backups, version updates, and security patches.
3. Technical Expertise
Complete knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, APIs, etc.).
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS.
Ability to integrate plugins, themes, payment gateways, forms, and third-party services.
Knowledge of hosting panels, DNS, FTP, SSL, CDN, and server configuration.
4. Website Optimization
Improve website loading speed, SEO ranking, performance scoring (Core Web Vitals).
Optimize images, scripts, caching, and database functions.
Implement mobile optimization and responsive structure.
5. Security & Compliance
Ensure website security through SSL, firewalls, anti-malware, and secure coding practices.
Protect website against hacking, spam, vulnerabilities, and attack attempts.
Perform regular audits, backups, and restore procedures.
6. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams for website updates.
Coordinate with external vendors or hosting providers when needed.
Prepare monthly reports on website performance, updates, and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Website Developer / Full Stack Developer / Web Administrator.
Strong knowledge of:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
PHP, MySQL, Laravel (optional)
React / Angular / Vue (optional)
WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS
Understanding of website hosting, cPanel, cloud servers, DNS, SSL.
Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously.
