Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Handle billing and basic POS/cash counter operations
Support customers post-purchase when required
Work as a team member to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Tamil preferred; English basic)
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Willingness to learn products and processes
Retail experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
