Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Business Development
team. As a fresher, you’ll get the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, client
communication, and business growth strategies. This role is ideal for candidates who are selfmotivated, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a rewarding career in
business development.


Key Responsibilities:
 Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
 Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
 Schedule meetings, product demos, or discussions with clients.
 Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
 Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
 Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
 Conduct basic market research to identify new business trends and competitors.


Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
✅ Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
