Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loans

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships in the assigned territory.

– Manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve loan sales targets.

– Develop and execute strategies for increasing market penetration across HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loans.

– Maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

– Monitor portfolio quality and implement corrective measures to control delinquency.

– Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

– Proven track record of sales achievement in retail lending.

– Strong market knowledge in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loan products.

– Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

– Good negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.

– Good interpersonal, and sales pitch.

– Organized and detail oriented.

– Field sales. Vehicle must.

Qualification:

– Bachelor degree

– Proficient in english,hindi, and marathi
