Role & responsibilities

Provide proactive customer care service in a professional and courteous manner to the
clients of expedia.
Providing first line support to clients
Interpreting client date, escalating queries and seeing through to resolution
Providing best resolution to client queries
Explains all benefits, services and claims/reimbursement procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/ U.G- Need Minimum 6 Months of experience in BPO industry. on Papers (No Fresher)
Good command on Spoken English.
Proactive, punctual and motivated
Ready to work in 24*7 environment
Salary- up to 26k -32k LPA

We are looking for the individual who may join Expedia immediately.

To be able to Handle Customer queries of Expeidia & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT & efficient customer service.
