·       Generating group leads from the sources, calling and fixing the appointment and converts the leads positively.
·       Increasing sales on site with all sources of networking.
·       Enhancing the Revenue and timely follow ups of all possible leads.
·       Attaining Customer Satisfaction for groups and others and retaining them for their repeat Visits.
·       Support in Advertising for the company offerings – Sourcing Adv. Opportunities and let upper management aware about the same.
·       Generating Sales Ideas to promote the product and present the same to the management.
·       Attending or Organizing Events such as Conferences, Seminars and Exhibitions organized or affiliated by the company.
·       Conducting Market Research for the focused Group. Contacting potential clients via phone or messages to establish relationship and set up meetings
·       Evaluating Marketing Campaigns and monitoring Competitor’s activities. Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers.
·       Provide regular feedback to reporting manager about market place and clients database activities.
·       Submission of MIS Reports to Reporting Manager on weekly basis.
·       Payment recovery of sold properties from customers.
·       Whatever system, procedure and checklist are made must be followed and documentation should keep properly.
·       Maintain CRM entries regularly and generate follow-up of new customer (daily follow-up).
·       Whatever task required to achieve your job purpose.
·       Weekly & Monthly meeting with Reporting Manager and discussed about week plan.

·       Customer Changes updating while doing booking from day one.
