Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Python developers in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge NLP and LLM projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Python-based applications.
Stay updated with the latest developments in NLP and LLM and apply industry best practices to enhance our projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in Python development, with a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Solid experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM). Proficiency in working with hybrid cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Benefits:
