Candidates are required to possess good communication skills along with effective convincing ability. They must also be keen to learn and provide innovative solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage with potential clients via email, phone and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions
  • Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements
  • Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course
  • Manage leads on CRM
  • Maintain good relationship with the existing participants
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.Preferance:
  • Experienced candidates (2 to 4 yrs in sales) can apply
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to handle high pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Experience in hardcore sales (like insurance / credit card sales) is preferable

Salary: 25000 to 30000
