Overview
Refer is revolutionising word of mouth marketing, on a journey to monetise experiences and trustworthy recommendations for our users. Offering a mobile app that acts as a gateway for financially rewarding business referrals. The app harnesses personal referrals to cut through online noise, helping users to discover and experience new businesses through trusted insights from family and friends.
We’re looking for experienced senior engineers to help deliver our next-generation roadmap, including:
- Predictive targeting and behavioural analytics;
- AI-driven recommendations;
- Advanced UX;
- Monetization features: ads, commissions, peak/off-peak logic;
- Business dashboards, security improvements, and scalable infrastructure.
What We are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience;
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET (backend), and/or Flutter/React Native
(frontend); - Experience with payments, social features, or high-performance apps is a plus;
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-moving environment;
- Bonus: Python experience for AI/analytics.
